MEET YOUR COACH

Hi! I am Christy, and I am passionate about helping moms thrive in each unique season of motherhood. I use a holistic and metabolically supporting approach and love seeing my clients experience breakthroughs in their health. My goal is to help moms have the support they need to see results and truly enjoy their lives!

 

I loved the accountability! Having someone check in a few times a month to ask how things are going and what hasn’t been going well was so helpful. I’m also really thankful that Christy was able to process some of my goals with me so that I could better understand what was going to be most realistic for me.

As a goal oriented person, I am quick to start goals but struggle with actually following through with the goals that I create. It has been hard for me to want to change some health habits but feel like I don’t have the skills to be able to implement change. Christy has helped me be able to understand what goals are important to me and how to reach into the motivation I need to really reach my goals. I have seen growth in being able to know how to set realistic goals that I look forward to being able to accomplish.

After my conversations with Christy, my confidence has grown in how to nourish my body and what kinds of foods will help me meet my goals of feeling good and support nursing my daughter...I feel motivated, confident, and accomplished for implementing the steps and strategies to navigate post-partum and beyond. For me, the biggest change isn’t on the scale, even though it know it will come, it’s in feeling lighter because I’m not so weighed down by overwhelm.
