If you find motherhood both beautiful but more exhausting than you imagined, you’re in the right place, and I’m so glad you’re here!

You work so hard and do so much for the ones you love, and at the same time, you are growing more and more exhausted and overwhelmed because of the many demands placed on you and a to-do list that never stops growing. I see you. I have been there, too.

Oh, I wish I could give you a big hug and make sure you know what an incredible job you are already doing!

And I want you to know something else…it doesn’t have to feel this way forever. Things can change!

 

Am I promising that all your stressors will disappear?

Unfortunately, no. Some amount of stress in motherhood is inevitable.

But what I can do is give you tools to help you deal with those stressors.

 

My goal is to help moms become strong and resilient, both mentally and physically.

 

Strong and resilient moms are healthy mentally, physically, and emotionally. We show up and care for ourselves, and in the process, care for our families too. We, as moms, set the tone for our homes. Being strong and resilient does not mean that our children will also be this way automatically. We have to go first, to model to them what IS possible. To set the tone. We can’t expect them to change if we don’t first.

I want to help you regain your energy and find JOY in motherhood once again!

I loved the accountability! Having someone check in a few times a month to ask how things are going and what hasn’t been going well was so helpful. I’m also really thankful that Christy was able to process some of my goals with me so that I could better understand what was going to be most realistic for me.

As a goal oriented person, I am quick to start goals but struggle with actually following through with the goals that I create. It has been hard for me to want to change some health habits but feel like I don’t have the skills to be able to implement change. These are the backbones of health. When they are out of whack, your overall health suffers. In this program, we are honing in on the basics. We can often get focused on so many extra things in the wellness world, but if you haven’t spent some time making sure you are doing well in these areas, I would encourage you to do so. You might be surprised by how much better you’ll feel!
